Adam “Hangman” Page declines Ring of Honor offer

It seems that another member of The Elite has turned down a contract from Ring of Honor. Adam “Hangman” Page joins the Young Bucks and Cody in opting to not re-sign with ROH.

Dave Meltzer broke the news in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, adding fuel to the fire in regards to a possible WWE run for The Elite.

It’s important to note, though, that Cody himself has stated that neither he nor the rest of The Elite plan to join the top promotion, and are instead looking forward to All In 2.

That being said, Page, at 27, is entering the prime of his career. If the WWE did indeed make him a serious offer, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him in NXT in the near future, even if he had to leave his friends behind.

So yeah, he breaks away from The Elite, goes to WWE on his own and either goes to NXT, gets a great push and then ends up on the main roster being under utilised like Balor. Or maybe he goes straight to the main roster and has the massive success fellow Bulletclub members, Gallows and Anderson have had.

Of course a postcursor nobody would invalidate their future.
