AJ Styles congratulates soccer champion Keylor Navas, sends invitation to Spanish League winner

AJ Styles congratulates Keylor Navas.

AJ Styles congratulated soccer champion Keylor Navas, besides inviting the Spanish League winner to a WWE live event that’s scheduled to take place in the latter’s homeland of Costa Rica.

Keylor Navas acted as the starting goalkeeper for La Liga Santander side Real Madrid, replacing the legendary Iker Casillas in the world-renowned soccer team. His side won the 2016-17 La Liga season that concluded this May 21st, dethroning former champions Barcelona.

AJ Styles took to social media in order to congratulate the La Liga victor. Styles also invited the Costa Rican soccer player to attend the upcoming WWE live event that takes place on June 11th. The Phenomenal One has promised a pair of signed gloves to the Madridista, in the video below-

Here’s a transcript from the same-

“Keylor Navas, Phenomenal AJ Styles here. I wanna say to you congratulations for winning the Spanish League, and I hope to see you in Costa Rica at the WWE live event, so that we get you this pair of signed, Phenomenal AJ Styles gloves. Congratulations again. Truly Phenomenal.”

AJ Styles came up short in his bid for the WWE United States championship at Backlash this past weekend, but will now participate in the Money In The Bank ladder match at the upcoming SmackDown brand-exclusive PPV Money In The Bank that takes place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri on June 18th.

The WWE Live event promoted by AJ Styles will take place at the Anfiteatro Coca Cola En Parque Viva in San Jose, Costa Rica on June 11th. Other stars advertised for the event are Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura and WWE champion Jinder Mahal.

Besides, Randy Orton, who has been removed from a couple of upcoming WWE live events, is being advertised for the show that is to take place in Costa Rica.

AJ Styles is one of the best performers in the sport of professional wrestling today, and from one champion to another, it’s great to see the Phenomenal One giving a shout-out to the dynamic Madridista. For those unaware of Navas’ on-field exploits, the man is widely regarded as one of the most athletic goalkeepers of this era. Truly Phenomenal, I say!
