AJ Styles possibly moving to RAW, Alexa Bliss rumor killer, Who will induct Teddy Long into HOF?

PWInsider reports that former WWE Champion AJ Styles could be moving over to Monday Night RAW in the WWE Draft this Summer. We reported earlier today (Fri. March 17, 2017) that WWE officials are also discussing moving Roman Reigns over to SmackDown Live. The WWE is attempting to mix things up for some fresh rivalries next year heading into Wrestlemania 34.

Sportskeeda reported that SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is taking some backstage heat from WWE officials over the quality of her matches. The report suggests that officials claim Bliss has little to no chemistry with anyone on the roster, with the exception of Becky Lynch. However, Lynch is credited for the “passable matches” that they do put on. Bliss’ match with Mickie James also didn’t sit well with WWE road agents.

Road Dog took to Twitter to shut this rumor down, when asked if the rumor was true he responded with a ‘hell no!’

– The WWE has announced the following:

JBL & Ron Simmons to induct Teddy Long into the WWE Hall of Fame

JBL and Ron Simmons will have the privilege of inducting their longtime friend and frequent travel companion, Teddy Long, into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“It’s an incredible honor,” JBL told WWE.com. “I’ve always thought that inducting someone into the WWE Hall of Fame is one of the greatest privileges you can get because it’s the honor of a lifetime for the person going in.”

JBL and Simmons’ close relationship with Long makes it all the more special. The brawlers known as The APA traveled the roads with Long and 2016 inductee, The Godfather.

“We rode thousands and thousands of miles together for years – me, Ron, Teddy and Godfather in one car,” JBL explained. “It’s real special. Ron’s in the Hall of Fame, Godfather’s in the Hall of Fame, and now Teddy is, too.

“I’m the only one left,” he joked.

Their friendship aside, JBL believes Long is one of the worthiest recipients of sports-entertainment’s ultimate honor.

“Teddy Long is a groundbreaker,” the former World Champion said. “He worked his way up from the ring crew to become the manager of one of the greatest tag teams of all time in Doom. He was a referee and became one of the most colorful general managers ever. Teddy Long has done it all. If there’s anybody deserving of going into the WWE Hall of Fame, it’s him.”

How do JBL & Ron Simmons plan to honor their friend as he takes his rightful place in sports-entertainment history? Find out during the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, airing live on WWE Network Friday, March 31, 2017 at 8 ET/5 PT!

I was paid 104000 bucks last year by doing an internet job furthermore I was able to do it by working in my own time for several hours on a daily basis. I used job opportunity I came across on-line and therefore I am thrilled that I was in the position to earn such good money. It’s really newbie-friendly and I’m so delighted that I discovered out regarding it. Check out exactly what I do… I was without work for half a year when my former Co-worker ultimately recommended me to begin with freelancing online… That was only after I received $5000 in my 1st 30 days when I seriously believed I could do this for a living! Now a days I am happier than ever… I work at home as well as I am my own boss now that I always wanted… I see quite a lot of discouraged people around me, working the same old boring job that’s sucking the everyday life from them day by day… Each time I see someone similar to that I say START FREELANCING MAN! This is where I started out >>>> www.cat.org.uk/snip/78276

Wrestling fans are so fickle these days. A single loss to someone seen as having less talent, and a guy is “being buried, and wasted!”.

  • Keith Learmonth

Here’s the thing… Alexa Bliss is a great character perfomer. Her mic work, body language, and facial expressions are among the best women of all time.

Her ring work is not the best, but compare her now, to her at this time last year, and you’ll see she’s improved significantly. I have no doubt that if she sticks around, she’ll be a legend by the time she retires.

Hey, now, it makes sense for him to be inducted by a TAG TEAM, PLAYA!

  • Killswitch

He beat Cena several times. I’d call that a win.

Seriously, our favorites can’t win all the time. Think objectively instead of getting worked up over one angle and calling it being buried. AJ is considered one of the best workers in the company.

  • Jolly Green Giant

It originally said 28, then changed to 38. haha

  • Armitage Soulshroude

Shows how laughable Teddy Long is… by putting him with JBL and Simmons. What a mockery.

  • Arnold Jackson

Might as well move AJ to RAW because after he jobs to the boss’s son (who won’t want to lose two Manias in a row, especially after almost single handily beating Taker last year) AJ will be worthless to SD anyway. The old stupid booking ways start up again, lose on your way out if you are changing brands. It’s the same company folks, you don’t need to do that.

This article originally said 38 before they edited it to 34. Not 28. It’s cool, mistakes happen.

  • Jolly Green Giant

    Which typo is that?

  • Vincent Dale

The awkward moment when you try to correct someone’s typo and make one yourself. Let’s all agree they’re talking about Wrestlemania 34 and move on.

  • Jolly Green Giant

Wrestlemania 28?! I didn’t know time-travel was canon in the WWE Universe! LOL
