According to a report from Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio tested positive for elevated testosterone but he also failed a steroid test as well. Meltzer would not release exactly what it was, but did not it was for PED’s.
Meltzer also stated that TNA is heavily interested in signing Del Rio, and it is believed TNA does not penalize it’s talents for failing drug tests. It should be noted Del Rio plans on only working around 60-days a year and expects to retire from the business within two years.
