More Backstage News on Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff Staying with TNA

– As noted before, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff will be sticking around in TNA for two more years. According to a source, Hogan technically didn’t re-sign as TNA triggered a renewal clause in Hogan’s contract that extended their original deal.

Hogan’s original deal in October 2009 was reportedly for two years with at least one additional year at TNA’s option. It’s believed among some in TNA that Eric Bischoff actually restructured his contract back in March when he was promoted to the role of Executive Producer.

Wow! Im sorry but having immortal start up the show every week has made me hate TNA. I really, really hope that the show changes for the best!

  • mark

Another two years for Hogan to line his pockets at TNAs expense.

True, but their business decisions have lead to garbage stories. Hogan is nothing but a publicity asset and Bischoff rides the wave on his experience as being in charge. But hey, WWE sucks as well, so it’s not like anyone in charge knows what direction in which they should be headed.

Do you marks do TNA’s taxes? No, so you have no idea how much they make. Obviously, they see Hogan as an asset that brings in money. Bitch about TNA’s garbage stories, not their business decisions. People on this site say they hope TNA goes under. WTF. Get a life you dumb fucks

  • DuffManLovesHimSomeWrestling

1 good thing came of them joining. They had to have talked some sense into Ditsy because Russo isn’t a head writter anymore.

  • venom

Hogan and Bischoff are going to ride that train until it crashes.

tna needs to open they’re eyes and see that the future is styles daniels beer money ink ink mcmg anderson abyss you can go on and on … hogan has brought barely anything other than name value.. atleast sting and flair have done work to push younger talent.. now b4 everyone tries to tear me a new one, no one can deny that the time flair spent with fortune didnt help those guys reach a new level that might have taken them a few more years to get too without him being the mic piece

  • TNA won’t even be around for two more years. They just shot themselves in the foot by keeping Hogan and Bischoff. They’re finished.
