– WWE has a new article up ranking the top 10 King of the Ring winners. At #10 they list King Mabel, #9 is Kurt Angle, #8 is Edge, #7 is Brock Lesnar, #6 is Harley Race, #5 is Bret Hart, #4 is Triple H, #3 is Booker T, #2 is Randy Savage and Steve Austin is ranked at #1.
– As noted before, Tom Prichard was released from his head trainer job at WWE developmental and replaced by Bill DeMott. According to a WWE source, this is just one of many changes that will happen as developmental is slowly taken over by Triple H. Many talents, including friends of DeMott, were shocked to hear he had taken over for Prichard again.
– It appears Smashing Pumpkins frontman and Resistance Pro Wrestling owner Billy Corgan was backstage at last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings in South Carolina as Natalya posted the photo below. One of Corgan’s Resistance Pro talents, John Skyler, competed against Ryback at the tapings.
