Home » WWE News » Backstage News from the RAW Talent Meeting – What Was Said, More

- As noted before, a talent meeting was held before Monday’s RAW. Word is that nobody really spoke up after everything that was said backstage last week.

Talents were told to use common sense in all dealings, mainly when it comes to social media. They were outright told that any kind of xenophobic comments or racial remarks will not be tolerated. It was also pushed that the company is PG programming. The idea is that anything anyone says that wouldn’t be in good taste to children should not be said. Officials didn’t use those exact words but that was the message sent.

Regarding nobody speaking out, the feeling was that whatever problems there could have been from the talents, are all quelled because the top guys are happy with their positions and aren’t going to make waves, and the bottom guys can only lose their jobs if they were to speak out. With AW being fired, most felt that it wasn’t worth the risk to say anything that would come across as complaining.

This is why most talent in the WWE go to TNA, or New Japan. They aren’t pressured and aren’t treated like a Fucking High School Wrestling Team.

That is not a good company to work for, when you can’t even feel free, at a COMPANY MEETING where people are encouraged to share any gripes, to speak your mind, because you know it’ll just get your buried or fired.

That, people, is the face of bullshit.

If there was voice to the voiceless then they to organize and from a union. That the only fair way the WWE talent have a chance against Vince.

    ^^^^ mainly because one isn’t real…

might as well think it’s ironic that Stallone doesn’t go around shooting hundreds of people in the street

I love how CM Punk is the “Voice of the Voiceless” on camera. But behind the cameras, there is no “Voice of the Voiceless” because they might lose their job. The irony.

This could get pretty interesting in the next couple of weeks. I’m hoping they’ll give the mid&low card guys/girls a chance to shine. Stop promoting the celebrities (no disrespect) and promote the people that are bumping, running, & traveling 365days trying to make a name for themselves. 2hours and 30minutes of RAW is sketches, talking, replaying the same thing 4 times in a row that happened 10minutes earlier, 10minutes of commercials and with 10minutes of wrestling.

Love the backbone of the talents and the loyalty to other wrestlers form the top guys…good work!
