- Ric Flair’s recent segment on RAW with Renee Young was almost entirely scripted, word for word, so the bits with Flair flirting with Renee were what the WWE writers wanted out of the segment. The only ad-lib line was Flair talking about what he had done in Richmond, telling the fans to “ask your mothers and fathers.”
WWE creative still has not came up with an idea on how to use Flair on WWE TV, which is why he hasn’t been on TV since that segment. The original idea behind bringing him to Richmond that night was to start a direction that would see him used as a regular character once again.
