Backstage News on Ryback, Two Possible Matches for Rumble

– Kaitlyn will be getting another WWE Divas Title shot against Eve Torres, likely at Royal Rumble. A Lumberjills stipulation will likely be added to the match.

– Another match for the Rumble or an upcoming RAW is Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow vs. Kane and Daniel Bryan for the WWE Tag Team Titles.

– WWE officials were impressed with Ryback’s performance in the TLC match against CM Punk on Monday’s RAW. The feeling is that Ryback has improved a lot from when his push began last year.

Personally I like Ryback. He brings some much needed excitement to WWE. I think he has come a long ways and should win a championship soon.

I’d say working with Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins will help him. He’ll take a step away from the main event to work with the shield which will likely elevate everyone involved and Ryback gets the chance to stay strong whilst still improving as a worker. Hopefully they don’t fuck it up like they did with Jack Swagger and have him devolve to midcard hell. Like I said make us care about the feud with the good workers and that won’t happen.

the one bit where he really showed he is still not quite ready was when the shield slammed him through the table. he kept visibly looking over his shoulder at the table, giving away that he was nowhere near as out of it as he was sposed to be.
yeah, any of us would have done the same with such a hard spot, but we are not main eventing shows.

Ryback has been working his ass off. I’d love to see him pull off a Rumble win and challenge for the WHC at WM.

  • Ryback has improved but still seems very green in main event level matches, he needs to get in the ring with some serious competition before being pushed towards either the WWE or WHC titles. where as people like Tyson Kidd, Daniel Bryan and Cody Rhodes are ready now just food for thought WWE.

I have been impressed with Ryback as well, he was pushed too early but he has stepped up
