Backstage Talk on Daniel Bryan’s Future as WWE Champion, How Officials See Him Now, More

– There has been a lot of talk within WWE about where Daniel Bryan will be in the next few months. Some higher-ups feel that Bryan isn’t over, it’s the “yes!” chant that is over. They feel that Bryan peaked at WrestleMania XXX with the WWE World Heavyweight Title win.

It’s said that a lot of top guys argue with officials about how they’re booked or portrayed but Bryan doesn’t. There’s not a lot of ego with how Bryan carries himself backstage and in how he deals with creative.

There are many people waiting to see if Bryan cools off and gets moved out of his current position or if he gets hotter and stays there.

I agree. If it was just the yes chants, people wouldn’t have been so pissed off at the Royal Rumble, and wouldn’t have done the “You deserve it” chants the night after WM.

Hopefully, the higher ups will do the smart thing and “wait and see” how things go, instead of making their own predictions about his popularity and making him drop the belt too soon.

  • what?

I bet I can guess who the higher up is

Why is it 2+years later were still having this debate?

yes the ‘yes’ chant is more over with wwe fans, but to wrestling fans, not meaning iwc, Bryans skills will never be doubted and champion or no champion he won’t lose the respect of the people that matter, not the bandwagon bandits
