Backstage Talk on Daniel Bryan’s Return, Upcoming Live Event Matches, WWE’s Financial Issues

– As expected, the financial troubles that popped up for WWE this week have left higher-ups in the company rattled. Word is that they are considering many different options to try and fix the problems.

– Matches scheduled for the June 6th WWE live event in Detroit include John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt in a No Holds Barred match, The Miz vs. Sheamus for the WWE United States title and Big E vs. Bad News Barrett for the WWE Intercontinental Title.

– There’s a lot of talk within WWE that the 2 to 3 months window given for Daniel Bryan’s return is a best-case scenario, if everything goes perfectly. It could easily be longer than that before he’s able to return to the ring.

Well if they want the 1.1 million or whatever it is that they want as subscribers, maybe they should have launched the network worldwide. Some of their biggest markets are the likes of the UK and Germany etc, yet its only available in the USA. Fact is, if they only have 670k subscribers, the first thing they should be thinking of doing is speeding up their schedule for worldwide coverage.

Gee, how about stop having the same match 20 times and maybe the ratings wont plummet and in turn won’t kill any tv deals which will stop the stock from dropping? Nah that’d make too much sense….
