Dean Ambrose confirmed the return of his Jon Moxley persona in a video this Wednesday and it appears we now also know the possible date for his in-ring return.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Ambrose has some indie bookings in June and he will be returning to ring then, if not sooner.
Though Meltzer didn’t reveal the name of any promotion or any possible dates so it’d be interesting to see for which company Ambrose makes his first indie appearance.
It’s worth mentioning here that fans believe that there were subtle hints about a Double Or Nothing appearance from the now Jon Moxley in the promo he released.
So it’d be interesting to see if the AEW’s upcoming PPV becomes the place where the former WWE Champion makes his first post-WWE wrestling appearance.
