As noted, WWE was reportedly planning to open a Hall of Fame/restaurant in Orlando, Florida at Universal Studios in 2017. The restaurant will feature a retail area and multiple screens that would show wrestling matches while visitors eat their WWE-themed meals. The WWE Performance Center is located in the city.
Pwinsider.com is reporting that there was no mention of a physical Hall at any of the WWE events in Orlando this week. Also, WWE officials did not tour the property.
It’s said that it’s possible a physical building could still be constructed, but there are currently no talks about it within the company.
