Big Cass was released from WWE back in June this year, and there were reportedly personal conduct issues that led to the firing of the former NXT Star.
However, unlike some other stars who have recently been released from WWE, Cass is taking responsibility for his actions and according to him, he deserved to be fired.
During his recent appearance on Booker T’s Heated Conversations podcast, Cass made his first public comments since his release and said that if he was in Vince McMahon’s shoes, he would have fired himself too:
“Everyone makes mistakes, but when you make that many mistakes in that short of a period of time then you lose people’s trust and you’re not reliable anymore. … I definitely would have fired myself. If I was in Vince McMahon’s position, I would have fired myself for sure, one-hundred percent.”
Apart from this, Cass also talked about rebuilding himself and getting back to the company and it’d be interesting to see if that actually happens.
