It was announced on Monday’s episode of RAW that Vince McMahon will decide whether The Authority or Shane McMahon will get control of Monday Night Raw at Sunday’s WWE Payback PPV event.
WWE Payback will take place on May 1, 2016 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. The show will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets.
