Bret Hart Criticizes WWE, NXT Diva Works SmackDown Show, Alicia Fox

— Bret Hart criticized WWE’s utilization of Drew McIntyre, who headlined last week’s episode of WWE Superstars against Chris Masters.

He wrote on Twitter, “I honestly can’t believe that the best way 2 utilize a talent like Drew McIntyre is 2 waste him on Superstars. Who’s genius is that? Idiot!”

— NXT Season 3 contestant AJ is on the road with the SmackDown brand this week. She worked last night’s SmackDown live event in Lake Charles, Louisiana, teaming with Natalya in a match against Rosa Mendes and Alicia Fox. Natalya made Mendes submit to the sharpshooter.

The bout marked as Fox’s first in-ring appearance since suffering a shoulder injury at the May 3 SmackDown taping.

— Ron Simmons celebrates his 53rd birthday today.

Drew is a talent that should be used better than he has been, but the guy has less charisma than Steve Blackman… wait, that may be pushing it, but still the guy has no charisma.

@Jason, I said the same thing in another post months ago! He is like HHH. They both had big pushes, then had pesonal problems(MSG incident & Tiffany divorce), then made it to the lower mid-card. HHH recovered, so I bet Drew can, too.

  • Rucdogg

If drew has no personality its not the fualt of creative, its his. As Stone Cold said on Tough Enough, you gotta grab your oportunity, if he didnt hell he would still be the ring master and there would be no stone cold.

  • Valo487

The best way to utilize Drew McIntyre is to find him a personality, because he’s about as exciting as driftwood.

  • Jason

Drew McIntyre is super underrated. He’s kinda like a young Triple H circa 1997-99. I could see him having a great rivalry with Randy Orton. But alas, WWE wastes him, as usual.

  • muh boy

drew is in superstars because he deserves to be there. end of story

  • Terrance

drew more fitted in a group or tag team he should of went with the corre for that international feel. his wrestling not that bad, i actually dig his skills, but the dude is rough on the mic. i know wrestling is foremost but these guys need to work on thier mic skills in ring out ring charisma.

  • Matt

i think a wet sponge has more charisma than drew.
no wonder his wife beats him up, she needs to entertain herself somehow 😛

    Push Zack Ryder.

    ^^ this.

Over the last few weeks I’m thinking Superstars is the best show WWE has at the moment! The Baretta vs Kidd matches have been excellent, Zack Ryder is always entertaining and there’s almost as much match action in one hour than there is across two hours of Smackdown and Raw.

  • Wrex

Bret Hart supporting a wrestler who’s just as bland and uncharismatic as he is, what a surprise.

Hart’s credibility went out the window a long time ago. He said Melina is the best wrestler in the world and people still take what he says seriously? Ha.

  • macho.can

No not getting behind Drew he still has the appeal of a peanut….Bret has no credibility either. What genius agreed to jeopodise his values and his reputation to have one of the worst matches in wrestlemania history, idiot!

  • I like how internet marks will either finally get behind drew or act like they know better than Bret

  • Pandar

He does have charisma. Creative just gave him shit content to work with, the character and gimmick is up to creative themselves. As Bret Hart says, they’re not utilisiing him fully.

  • Thumper!

Drew can wrestle but he has absolutely no charisma, no character, and no communication skills with an audience.

    Push Zack Ryder.

I Just Had To Say That!
