Bret Hart Q&A Highlights: Thoughts on The Rock, Would He Do Agent Work for WWE?, More

– WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart participated in a Q&A on his Twitter account today. Here are some highlights:

Bret Hart would you ever consider doing some freelance “road agenting” for the WWE?
Bret Hart: Sure … I would think about it. But I certainly would not want to go back on the road again.

What’s one major change you’d make to the presentation of the WWE TV product?
Bret Hart: I would make the Slammy’s a legitimate awards night. Where the best bumpers, dramatic performance and spectacular move are credited

What are your thoughts on Fandango?
Bret Hart: I admire him greatly. He’s a kid that was given a difficult gimmick and he’s made it work – kudos to him

If you hadn’t had to retire due to injury, how would you have liked to end your career?
Bret Hart: Fighting John Cena at this year’s WrestleMania in a ‘babyface’ match

CM Punk or Daniel Bryan?
Bret Hart: I couldn’t say. In my opinion they are both two of the greatest wrestlers to ever get in the ring and it ain’t over yet

Thoughts about The Rock?
Bret Hart: I think he is absolutely great. When I watch his movies I believe everything he does.

Sure not everyone has to “flip-flop”… but telling the world you only want to be cheered and loved by the fans is egotistical and so one dimensional it becomes boring and dull.
Which Bret Harts entire career was.
Diagree with me all you want.
Sure he was a decent at best wrestler… and he had some good matches, (altho its more Brets opponents that made the matches than him himself) but his entire attitude was so over the top that if anyone still adored him after the childish way he acted near the end of his run, and even now, Then you yourself are delusional and dull.

Change is good. It allows you to evolve for the better… You cant grow if your the same all the time.
It’s why I put him in the same category as Mysterio… Boring and a fast forward moment on the recording.

  • You might want to check yourself a bit. Hart never wanted to turn heel, he was strong-armed into doing so by Vince. And there’s nothing wrong with wanting to be a babyface your whole career, any more than someone who would want to be a heel their whole career. Not EVERYONE has to flip-flop all the time.

Calling Bret Hart pathetic is like calling Ryback a good wrestler….it’s laughable and against all factual logic.

  • I seriously doubt a man in his 50s could still go in that type of match, for that long.

  • JAckh45

Ofcourse he would… Because anything with Cena on it sells big, and no doubt Hart would take all the credit for it. Typical wanting a babyface match… He always has to be the good guy… so pathetic, I miss the “bad guy” Hart…

If Hart didn’t get hurt I would have loved to see Hart vs Punk in an iron man match.

  • JohnCena33

The Rock’s movies are (as Rock would say) hot garbage.

  • JohnCena33

So is Bret being serious about actually wrestling Cena for his last match or…
