As we noted before Officials were reportedly planning a match between Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar for the upcoming No Mercy PPV after Strowman mostly dominated the SummerSlam main event.
These two stars had another confrontation on tonight’s episode of Raw when Brock Lesnar came out with Paul Heyman to talk about his win last night. Later Braun Strowman also made his way to the ring and the two had a physical confrontation in which Braun again got the upper hand.
After the events of Raw WWE announced on their official twitter account that Lesnar will defend his title against the former Wyatt Family member at the upcoming PPV:

While it’s pretty clear that Officials are very high on the Monster Among Men, it’s not known what WWE is currently planning for Brock Lesnar.
Previously it was rumoured that he’ll hold on to the Universal Championship till WrestleMania 34 but now the scenario has apparently changed and it wouldn’t be a surprise if he drops the title earlier.
