– To update on Brooke Hogan’s release from TNA, the general consensus was that her role on Impact no longer served any purpose and it was time to end the relationship.
The split was amicable, with no heat on Brooke from anyone in the company, but she will now focus on projects outside of wrestling. As we reported, the door has been left open for her to return in the future if it suits both parties.
Financially, Brooke was also said to be on good money with one source describing her contract as “a luxury we can’t afford right now.” The feeling within the company is that when money is tight, it should be directed to workers rather than on-screen personalities.
