– Radaronline.com reports that Linda Hogan appeared on the Matty P Radio Happy Hour show to promote her new book. A caller asked if Hulk Hogan and Brutus Beefcake had an intimate relationship. She replied, “Wow, I don’t know how to answer this, so I don’t end up getting a lawsuit,” she said, laughing. “A little bird told me, ‘Yes they think they did.’”
– Based on early estimates, TNA’s Hardcore Justice pay-per-view did the same number of pay-per-view buys, or slightly less, than the Destination X pay-per-view, which would put it in the 7,500 range.
– After TNA has been airing vignettes of Eric Young going to Hollywood recently, Young said on his Twitter page that a match against actor Scott Baio, of “Charles in Charge” fame, will take place in a few weeks on Impact Wrestling. He wrote: “The match with Scott Baio is only a few weeks away be sure to tune into Impact Wrestling to see it.”
Baio replied to Young on his Twitter and told him to “bring it.” Baio later replied to a fan: “Lol. It will be about as REAL as any other wrestling match. *wink*”
