The United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura was supposed to defend his title against Tye Dillinger on SmackDown Live earlier this week. However, a hand injury would keep the Perfect 10 out of contention.
Instead, Nakamura quickly put away R-Truth. Now, though, it seems that Nakamura is slated to defend the championship at WWE Crown Jewel.

The WWE announced that Shinsuke Nakamura would put his US Title on the line against Rusev tomorrow night. The King of Strong Style has a pretty tough defense coming up, as the Bulgarian Brute is a former two-time United States Champion.
