Changes were made during Royal Rumble event

This year’s Royal Rumble is over and was a memorable one, to say the least. However, some noticeable problems happened during the Women’s Royal Rumble match.

The match was far too long and this was noticed by fans. While the match ended with Becky Lynch’s surprise win and that made the crowd give a huge pop, there were some problems backstage regarding the match.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE had to change up some of the entrance times for the Women’s Royal Rumble match due to the women not being able to get to their spots fast enough. Which is why it looked like the intervals between entrances in the women’s match were much longer compared to the men’s.

This made the crowd exhausted and also made the following WWE Title match between Bryan and AJ Styles suffer as well. To add to that, the Men’s Royal Rumble match seemed anti-climactic compared to the Women’s match.
