Charlotte Flair and WWE settles lawsuit

Charlotte Flair, in her autobiography with her father Ric Flair called “Second Nature”, wrote quite a lot of things about her ex-husband Riki Paul Johnson that he didn’t take too kindly to at all. Those included domestic abuse and drugs. So Riki took both Flair and WWE to court.

PW Insider reports that the lawsuit has been settled out of court. As it was settled in this way, the actual amount that was agreed upon by both parties will not be known as there are likely to be non-disclosure agreements involved.

It was also reported that The US District Court in North Carolina was notified on April 4th of the fact that both sides came to an agreement.

This lawsuit was against WWE, Charlotte Flair, and Ric Flair for the remarks made against Johnson in the autobiography. In his lawsuit, Johnson stated that he has proof that Charlotte Flair was the one who required controlling since he claimed to have video evidence of Flair using racist language while arguing with police during an altercation.
