Charlotte Flair takes issue with ESPN for SportsCenter graphic

Charlotte flair has taken issue with a graphic on ESPN’s SportsCenter which described Charlotte Flair as “Daughter of WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair.”

Charlotte appeared on SportsCenter on Tuesday along with Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey to talk about their upcoming match at WrestleMania.

While Lynch and Rousey’s accomplishments were highlighted on the graphics during the interview, Flair’s only mentioned her relationship with Ric Flair.

To compare, Rousey’s lower third overlay mentioned her induction into UFC’s Hall of Fame while Lynch was mentioned as the 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble winner.

The WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion made sure to remind ESPN of her accomplishments on Twitter with a succinct message.

“Dear @espn,” Charlotte wrote. “7x (now 8) WWE Women’s Champion would have been fine.

If you need a more detailed list of my accolades, feel free to reference last year’s Body Issue or one of the many articles about me on your website.

Sincerely,

Daughter of @WWE HOF’er Ric Flair”
