Chris Jericho sounds like he made a lot of money at Greatest Royal Rumble

It’s no secret that WWE made a ton of money for hosting the Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia and while the exact figures are not known, it’s believed that WWE was paid somewhere between $100-200 million.

It’s also pretty clear that the talents who worked the show were also paid a good bonus and the Greatest Royal Rumble was one of the biggest paydays of the year for them.

During a recent interview with Mirror.co.uk, Chris Jericho talked about working the show and the money he was paid for it. While he didn’t reveal the exact amount, his reaction still confirmed these reports once more:

It was a long trip for a short period of time – I think I was in the Rumble match for four minutes or something like that. I know they must have been paid a whole lot of money, just by proxy of what I was paid ha ha. I was like ‘oh my gosh, really, you’re going to pay me that to do this? How much are you guys making?’

Apart from this, Chris Jericho talked about his highly praised match with Kenny Omega, his recent NJPW appearance and more.
