Cody Rhodes Turns Heel at Ring Of Honor Debut

Former WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes made his Ring Of Honor debut at the Final Battle pay-per-view (PPV) in New York City Friday night (December 2, 2016), and it came with a bit of a twist that nobody in attendance was expecting.

Rhodes worked with former ROH champ Jay Lethal, who he had locked in his American Nightmare submission, however, Lethal was able to grab the ropes. Rhodes would then hit a low blow on Lethal and hit the Cross Rhodes for the win:

Rhodes would then lose his mind and hit Lethal with a two finger salute, throw streamers back at the Hammerstein Ballroom crowd, pour beer on Sinclair, and got into an alteration with Steve Corino at the announce table:

It looks like we can get used to seeing Rhodes perform for the ROH promotion, and it seems he’ll be working heel from now on.
