On the latest edition of SmackDown Live, viewers were given a glimpse into the action shown every week on 205 Live. The Heart of 205, Mustafa Ali, faced the WWE Champion Daniel Bryan in the opening segment of the show.
Ali interrupted Bryan who was busy insulting and criticizing the WWE Universe for destroying the planet.
The two had an incredible match on Tuesday, and though Ali failed to put away the champ, he may have gotten more eyes on the 205 Live roster as a whole.
WWE posted a new poll after the match, asking fans which cruiserweight they’d like to see Bryan face next. Below are the current results:
- WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy – 31%
- Cedric Alexander – 24%
- Drew Gulak – 5%
- Gentleman Jack Gallagher – 5%
- Hideo Itami – 18%
- The Brian Kendrick – 13%
- Akira Tozawa – 4%
At the moment, 205 Live’s resident Juggernaut and current champion leads the pack with 31%.
