UFC President Dana White was recently asked about CM Punk and when he’ll be making his UFC debut. White made it clear that Punk will fight and even gave a time when fans can expect it to take place.
“He’ll fight – I’m going to say before summer, probably before summer,” White said a Q&A session with fans on Friday.
“Listen, he doesn’t have any fights yet, man,” White said. “Let him take his time and work his way in.”
It should be noted that UFC 200 takes place in July in Las Vegas and is expected to be a huge event. There’s speculation that he’ll fight on that card.
