Daniel Bryan on possibly leaving WWE when his contract expires

Daniel Bryan has talked about leaving WWE if not cleared in the past several months but he has also indicated that there are a lot of factors he needs to consider before making his decision.

While what decision he ultimately makes will only be revealed when the time for his contract expiration comes around, Bryan himself has once again talked about possibly leaving the company.

During a recent interview with Radio Personality, Daniel once again talked about the decision he has to make when his current deal comes to an end and said that he may leave the company if not cleared by then:

“If I get a bad test somewhere along the line, I won’t wrestle. But I also, will probably, when my contract is up, I’d probably, if I’m still General Manager at that point, I’d probably step away from that part of it because just being around it, I love it a little too much and I need to transition. I need to get this focused because I’m very good at focusing on one thing, right? But then, I need to switch that laser focus to something else like saving the starving polar bears. So yeah, assuming everything continues as it has been going, when my [WWE] contract is up I would wrestle elsewhere if WWE would not clear me.”

Though as said before, there are a lot of things Daniel Bryan needs to consider before making a decision and it’s hard to say what the conditions will be when his contract finally expires so at this point nothing is confirmed.
