Dean Ambrose makes in-ring return after Raw goes off air (video)

Dean Ambrose made his surprise return to this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw and he helped Seth Rollins in taking out Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre.

Though this wasn’t all The Lunatic Fringe did during the night and he made his in-ring return in a big 8 men dark main event as well, after the show went off air.

The match saw Ambrose and Rollins teaming up with Braun Strowman and Finn Balor to face Ziggler, McIntyre, Kevin Owens and The Constable Baron Corbin.

The finish of the bout saw Strowman, Balor, and Rollins hitting their finishing maneuvers on their respective SummerSlam opponents and Dean then hit Dirty Deeds to Baron for the win.

Ambrose will be in the corner of Seth Rollins when he challenges The Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler for his Championship at the SummerSlam PPV.

You can check out the full 8 men tag team match and the first Dean Ambrose bout since his return in the video below:

Well the Ambrose return was underwhelming. He should have been held off for Summerslam itself or run in to make a save during a match or something. Having come out for 5 seconds at the end of Raw killed his impact.
