Dean Ambrose was part of The Shield’s Final Chapter, where he and his Shield brethren took on Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley and Baron Corbin. They were victorious in the match.
The Shield might not be performing together again due to Roman Reigns being moved to Smackdown Live thanks to the Superstar Shake-Up. Dean Ambrose’s WWE contract expires at the end of this month and it seems that he will be making one more appearance under that deal.
Mike Johnson said on PW Insider Elite Audio that Ambrose will actually make an appearance on the upcoming Monday Night RAW. However, since WWE just got done with The Shield’s Final Chapter, it might not be aired.
“Dean’s gonna be at the TV tapings this week at least Monday so who knows what they’re going to do in a dark segment.”
Dean Ambrose will leave WWE soon and it is anybody’s guess where he will go next. Perhaps he will go to AEW, or simply take a break from wrestling as a whole.
