UPDATE: Seth Rollins defeated Roman Reigns in the main event of Sunday’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view event to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Moments later, Dean Ambrose, who won the MITB ladder match earlier in the night, cashed in his MITB contract and defeated Seth Rollins to win the WWE Title.

This marks the first time that Ambrose has won the WWE Title.
ORIGINAL: As seen at Sunday’s WWE Money in the Bank PPV event, Dean Ambrose won the MITB ladder match and with this win, he can cash in the MITB contract anytime he wants within the next year for a WWE World Heavyweight Title Match.
Ambrose defeated Kevin Owens, Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Alberto Del Rio and Chris Jericho in the match.
