– While there have been different versions going around about what happened to Dean Malenko back in October, his wife Julie confirmed on her Facebook back on October 29th that Dean did have a heart attack that previous Wednesday morning, which would have been October 27th. Some in WWE were denying that Malenko had a heart attack. Malenko had a stent put in after the heart problems and returned to work at the Survivor Series pay-per-view.
