Destination America is planning to rebrand the network soon. The network will be rebranding into a paranormal channel five nights per week as soon as possible. The plan is to do seven nights of paranormal programming by September.
The reason for the rebranding is because of their “Exorcism Live” special in October. That special did record ratings for the network. Also, they will be changing the name of the channel. This has not been said publicly, but those were the internal plans as of this week.
The TV network issued a press release last month touting the ratings of the show and noted that it was the #1 non-sports event on cable for the month of October.
