– Hulk Hogan appeared on a Boston radio show this week to promote some upcoming autograph shows and said that WWE should film Legends House at his restaurant in Tampa. When the hosts brought up TNA Slammiversary that took place in Boston, Hogan quickly changed the subject.
– We noted earlier this year that WWE had signed indie wrestler Steven Walters to a developmental deal. His new NXT ring name is Dash Wilder. WWE Hall of Famer Edge tweeted the following about the name change:
“So, it sounds like @DashWilderWWE is born. Look out @WWE & @WWENXT fans. Knock em dead kid #edgesmountain”
– Former WWE announcer Jack Korpela tweeted about a possible reunion of former WWE stars Curt Hawkins (Brian Myers) and Tyler Reks (Gabe Tuft) and Hawkins teased that it’s been discussed. Hawkins and Reks teamed together in 2011 and part of 2012 while in WWE.
