STAMFORD, Conn.–WWE (NYSE:WWE) announced that its Board of Directors today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share for all Class A and B shares of common stock. The record date for the dividend will be June 15, 2012, and the payment date will be June 25, 2012.
– It appears that Edge is going to let his contract with WWE expire on Monday. The 2012 WWE Hall of Famer was reportedly offered a new deal to remain exclusive to the company and didn’t sign it. As noted earlier, he will be appearing at the Resistance Pro Wrestling show on May 11th in Chicago.
