Matt Jackson of the Young Bucks saw this and commented on the action, and hoped the fan had a good time despite what happened.
“Bummer to see this. Hopefully he still has a good time tonight.”
Nick Jackson also commented on this and proclaimed that something like this will never happen at any All Elite Wrestling event.
“Let it be known that if you wanna wear a WWE shirt at Double Or Nothing or any AEW related event we won’t do this to you.”
It seems that WWE is still cracking down on AEW merchandise, even though they received backlash from fans when they did something like this earlier.
