We reported earlier that former WWE Superstar Enzo Amore caused quite the scene at Survivor Series when he snuck in under disguise and tried to cut a promo mid-show. Amore was then kicked out of the building by the WWE Security team and banned from returning.
PWInsider is now reporting that a fan in the audience suffered an injury during this incident with Amore. Apparently, the fan was knocked over during the chaos that Amore created and ended up injuring her arm.
A stretcher was brought out subsequently and the fan was taken out of the building on it.
