Fastlane main event revealed

Fastlane Triple Threat

Due to a leaked advertisement for Fastlane, it was believed that AJ Styles will be defending his WWE Championship in a fatal five-way match at the main event of the PPV.

The match was expected to involve AJ, Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton, however, WWE revealed a different main event for the show during the latest episode of SmackDown Live.

We noted before how Daniel Bryan had announced last week that best friends Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will fight each other in a #1 contenders match.

The match took place during this week’s episode of the Blue Branded Show but it ended in a disqualification after Styles who was sitting at the ringside got involved.

After this, Bryan came out and announced that the WWE Champion will be defending his title against both KO and Zayn during the upcoming SmackDown exclusive PPV.

And this is why everytime we see a news story that says “Arena XYZ has posted a potential spoiler”, we all say the same thing. Arena’s do not post spoilers, as they are usually wrong.
Hell, I remember one arena advertising Batista a couple of years after he left the company.

To be honest though, the next two ppv’s will just be treading water leading up to Mania.
Lets face it, if anyone other than Styles faces Nakamura at WM, the fans will feel cheated.
As good as Sami and Kevin are, that is not what people want to see.

I really don’t see the point in these 2 PPV leading up to Wrestlemania. Heck the Elimination Chamber is in my city. But I have no plans paying money because I know who going to win. I will just watch it at home hoping for a good show.

Fastlane we know AJ Styles is going to win so what is the point. By the way I am the last person who say anything bad about the WWE but they should get rid of these 2 PPV before WM.

Seriously, what is the point of this post, as we all know this from the “WWE SmackDown Live Results” report
