Former World Champion to be inducted into Hall Of Fame?

Mark henry

Just yesterday WWE confirmed the induction of Dudley Boyz into the Hall of Fame 2018 and now it appears another name who will be inducted this year has been revealed.

PWinsider is reporting that WWE is planning for the former World Champion Mark Henry to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame this year in April.

If these reports turn out to be true then he’ll be joining Goldberg and The Dudley Boyz into the Induction Ceremony, who are already confirmed for the class of 2018

Although so far there is no official statement made on Mark Henry’s induction, the road to WrestleMania has already begun and the announcement should be made soon.

Who do you think will be revealed as the next inductee? Mention your views in the comments.

But the HoF headliner is about star power, not necessarily talent. Why else do you think Goldturd is in this year?
As much as I dislike him, Goldie is a much bigger name and draw than Pillman sadly ever was.
But that said, this is why I think the Dudleys should have been a headliner themselves.
What they have achieved through their careers, and how big a draw they have been, they should not be going in as an undercard to Goldturd, they should have headlined next year.

Depends, pre injury Pillman was fantastic in ring wise and his run with steve austin was great, then you have his stuff after his accident which, in a peverse way, made him even better as a character

It was only a few days ago he was denying being retired, and the only way he will go in is if he is actually retired. (that was always the main caveat for inclusion, although it does not mean they cannot have odd matches here and there)

I would be very surprised if Pillman was a headliner.
He was great, but nowhere near the star level of even the Dudley boys, let alone the Bulldog.

    Probably 4yrs lol

    Longer than last year’s headliner.

But how long during that tenure has he actually been active and uninjured?

I agree, however, I think they need to plan the HOF accordingly. They’re always going to go with wrestlers who return for a short stint (Goldberg) each year. And at this point B.B. and possibly Pillman would be headliners in the HOF. Especially B.B., he would over shadow Goldberg. And it maybe that they’re not on good terms with their families or wrestlers.

Ok i need to say it, while im not going to discredit their acomplishments, why do the dudleys and mark henry get more of a priority over the likes of Vader, Brian Pillman and The British Bulldog? Theyre well overdue and yet they always seem to get forgotten. I would even go as far as to say Owen Hart as he deserves it however we all know his wife would never allow it which is a shame

  • Sparti Love

He deserves simply by being what seems to be one of the longest tenues in WWE
