Further Update On Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s Legal Problems

As noted, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested back on May 30th for a DUI in Lehighton, Pennsylvania because she was seen hitting a curb while exiting of the parking lot of a Walmart. She later failed a field sobriety test and was booked into jail on four charges. Two counts of DUI, one for suspended license and one for careless driving.

She has a December 1st pre-trial conference scheduled. If a deal is not reached between now and then, she will have to go to a jury trial on December 7th.

Following the May 30th incident, she was also stopped on June 1st in Towamensing Township and then stopped again following a crash on June 20th. Both incidents saw her being booked for DUI.

Prosecutors are trying to get Sunny convicted for general impairment, driving under the influence, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and careless driving.

It should be noted that Sytch claimed on Twitter recently that she was not given a DUI for the June 20th accident, but rather she had a seizure behind the wheel instead.

She has a preliminary court date set for October 7th in regards to her arrests on June 1st and June 20th.
