Hindustan Times has an article on The Great Khali stating that he is preparing for a WWE event slated to take place in India early next year.

“Since it is in my country, this will be my first wrestling before my countrymen, I don’t want to be unprepared for the historical event,” Khali said.

WWE.com announced Khali suffered a fractured fibula following a brutal attack by World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry on the September 30 SmackDown. The angle was conducted to remove the former World Heavyweight Champion from television since his contract is set to expire and will likely not be renewed. He is, however, expected to maintain a relationship with WWE.

– Matches taped Monday night in Atlanta, Georgia for this week’s episode of WWE Superstars were Drew McIntyre vs. John Morrison and Tyson Kidd vs. Yoshi Tatsu.

Jey and Jimmy Uso beat Primo and Tito Colon in a dark match prior to the event.

    @tombstone

    I didn’t like when he was doing the comedy stuff. It was hard to taking seriously after the comedy stuff. I think that is why the were slowly burying him after that. I enjoyed when he was feuding with Taker, HHH, Cena, and Batista.

    @venom, Maybe your right but for some reason I just found it hillarious to watch him dance, and to see the kiss cam.

    Khali was entertaining as a monster 4 years ago but i find him boring now. There is nothing to do with him now. He was on tv just as much as Undertaker. it’s best for him to part ways with the company.

    @aircon no its not. Morrison is one of the best wrestlers there is right now

  • aircon

    First—off I miss kahli, yeah yeah yeah, I know he could not wrestle well but I found him to be very entertaining.
