– After Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view went off the air, Ricardo Rodriguez announced Alberto Del Rio as the new WWE Champion and put the belt around his waist.
CM Punk was in the ring with the briefcase. He looked confused and sad. Punk got up and walked out to a mixed reaction. He picked up the case, set it down on the ring stairs, and walked up the ramp.
Punk’s music played as he walked up the ramp in disappointment. Punk saluted the crowd and headed to the back.
Justin Roberts then thanked everyone for coming to end the show.
