Daniel Bryan has apparently signed a new deal with the WWE, according to several wrestling news outlets. The news broke after a tweet from TicketKing‘s Drew Baydala claimed Bryan’s new contract was a “done deal.”
Bryan had said previously that he would more than likely re-sign with the company, claiming that he loves the company and it’s one way to be close to his wife, Brie Bella, who is also still under contract with the WWE. No other details have been revealed about Bryan’s deal, so it’s important to take this with a grain of salt. However, it does seem like the former WWE Champion will be sticking around.
Daniel Bryan looks to get his hands on his first piece of gold tonight since his return to the ring when he teams with Kane to take on the Smackdown Tag Team Champions at Extreme Rules. Team Hell No will try to pry the title away from the Bludgeon Brothers tonight in what will be a hard hitting back and forth contest.
With Bryan’s new deal reportedly done, could we see the GOAT leaving Pittsburgh tonight as one half of the Smackdown Tag Team Champions?
