Historic Hell In A Cell Match Reportedly in the Works

sasha-charlotte

According to a report from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, after Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte to become the RAW Women’s Champion once again, the two are expected to clash at Hell In A Cell inside of the steel structure. This would be the first ever Women’s Hell In A Cell match in the history of the WWE.

WWE Hell In A Cell takes place live on pay-per-view (PPV) and the WWE Network, from the TD Garden Arena in Boston, Massachusetts on October 30, 2016.

It’ll only be historic if one of them is thrown off the top of the cage through the announcers table.

What spots… Hell in the cell matches been dead for yrs now, same old boring shit

  • David Wells

I don’t like the idea of them in the Cell, because we probably won’t get the killer spots like we do with the guys, but if they do go ahead with it, they need to make it the Main Event of the card!

  • I’m not opposed to the idea but I think maybe that should be in the cards for next year but not this year. I think they need to work up to something like that with some more ‘extreme’ types of matches beyond singles matches before they jump right into the cell. Have some street fights or some cages matches or something first. I think the Cell should be a be all end all, not just another gimmick match.

They probably believe that since women can get pregnant, you don’t bank on them long term. Hence all of the disposable women over the last decade. Besides, Askua and Ember are still waiting to come up. So the company can take risk.

Nothing except for their top two female talents lol

Ratings are down and the women say they want to do this stuff. WWE has nothing to lose by letting them try.

Okay, I officially think that they’re trying to kill these women. At least let Sasha’s back heal first and make sure she’s okay before signing the next match.
