Huge Name Decides To Leave World Wrestling Entertainment

— In order to focus on personal business endeavors, good ol’ JR Jim Ross has retired from World Wrestling Entertainment, effective immediately.

It goes without saying that Ross is considered one of the best color commentators of all time, and he is also responsible for signing some of the best talent WWE has ever had including Steve Austin, Edge, Trish Stratus, Mick Foley, and many, many more.

    it’s about time…

I have nothing but respect for JR, BUT like every in ring performer who should retire when they’re past their prime, the same sentiment can be said about the commentators.

JR will always bee known as the voice of Raw (maybe even the WWE) next to Lawler, but it’s time for him to retire and give his post to somebody new.

For me wrestling lost something really cool without JR and the King together at Ringside. After he left I was always excited whenever he would reappear to be a guest commentator on RAW or for a PPV. I am very sad to know that he won’t be around now.
