Hulk Hogan’s hearing against Gawker Media and other defendants regarding Hogan’s attempt to get an injunction to remove clips of the sex tape featuring himself and Heather Clem down off Gawker.com has been pushed back to November 13th from November 8th.
The reason in which the new date was request was Hogan’s primary counsel was not available due to another case he is involved in causing a conflict. Gawker’s attorneys did not contest pushing the hearing back to a later date.
