Hulk Hogan returning to Raw to honor Gene Okerlund

Hulk Hogan interviewed by Mean Gene Okerlund

The wrestling world was deeply saddened by the loss of the legendary Mean Gene Okerlund this past Wednesday. Wrestling personalities, stars, and fans alike took to social media to honor the Hall of Famer, including his longtime friend Hulk Hogan.

Hogan and Okerlund were an iconic pair throughout the Hulkster’s career, so it only seemed fitting that the WWE would bring him back to honor his late friend.

The WWE revealed that Hulk Hogan would return to Monday Night Raw for the first time since 2015 to join the WWE Universe in mourning Okerlund.

Monday Night Raw will take place in Orlando, Florida on January 7th, and will also feature the return of John Cena and WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.

  • I’m just saying

I’m not saying it happens overnight, fucktard. That video at this point is ten years old. Things change, but I guess you’re too stupid to realize that. Biitch.

If you really think a guy his age just wakes up one day and decides to stop being racist, then you are more of a moron than a troll, so I appologise for calling you a troll, you moron.

  • I’m just saying

So, no proof then? That’s what I thought. People can, and do, change; you have no idea what’s in his heart.

  • CC

    Oh look, another troll.

  • I’m just saying

How do you know Hogan still has racist views?

  • CC

Now don’t get me wrong, I know Gene and Hogan have history, but this smacks of WWE once again using something to mask bringing the old yellow and red racist back.
They stuck him on the Crown Jewel PPV as that was already a controversial show in the first place, and now they are dropping him into RAW during a time when people will be mourning a legend like Gene as a distractionary tactic. I mean, anyone who complains about Genes “friend” showing up to pay respects is gonna be risking being called insensitive for having a go at Hogan and WWE at that time.

Hulk Hogan pandering. Another reason to skip Raw and go straight to Smackdown
