Home » TNA News » Hulk Hogan Touring Africa with Others?, TNA Impact Wrestling Rating Down

- Thursday’s episode of TNA Impact Wrestling scored a 1.15 cable rating with 1.6 million viewers. This is down from the previous week’s 1.23 rating and 1.7 million viewers. The highest rated quarter-hour segment was the Knockouts Gauntlet match, which did a 1.41 quarter-hour rating.

– Hulk Hogan is being advertised by African promotion Universal Promotional Wrestling Federation for a tour of Nigeria in December. This is not the same tour of the Congo in Africa that was reported on this year. Other stars advertised for the UPWF tour in December include Sabu, Chris Masters, Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, Michael Tarver and The Powers of Pain. Below is a promo that Chris Masters cut for the promotion:

TNA should bring in heyman or better yet rather then going aftter WWE rejects. Next time a big name is coming off contract through a big money offer at them to jump ship much like wcw did with macho man and luger etc.

I don’t think TNA will every see 2.0. I really there is nothing interesting to watch when it comes to TNA. One other thing why the ratings are going to be down for a while on Thursday night NFL on Thursday night. Last Thursday instead of Hulkamania it was Tebowamania.

This is news? TNA’s rating goes up. TNA’s rating goes down. Then it goes up a little. Down a little. All the while staying right around 1.0. It’s been that way since 2008. How is this news? When they hit a 2.0, wake me up.
