TMZ published an article noting that the Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged Linda Bollea with two counts of DUI and one count of driving on a suspended license.
Linda could face up to 18 months in jail, although it’s unlikely she’ll receive that punishment since these are her first DUI charges. The case is set to go before the judge later this month.
